Vacancy for the Position of Human Resource Officer

JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions in the credit union which includes but not limited to recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employees counseling. Also, the day-to-day activities and programme of the human resource operations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education and Certification:    B.Sc. Management, B.Sc. Human resource Management,

    M.Sc. Human Resource Management will be an asset

Required knowledge:            Must demonstrate working knowledge of basic HRM responsibilities.
                                         Excellent knowledge of labour rules, regulations and laws and business ethics.

Experience required:             2 – 3 years in the field.
