Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with network administration, cybersecurity, backups, and system monitoring.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, cloud services, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
• Assist with implementing new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Network Administration
  • Or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are an asset.
• Experience providing technical support in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirement

• A valid driver’s licence.
• Access to a reliable motor vehicle, as regular travel throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines is required.
